Congruence stewarded CRNY’s Artist Employment working group to articulate recommendations to build on momentum nationally of artist employment programs and policy shifts.

Since 2018, we have collaborated with NW’s Community Initiatives and National Training Institute on a variety of projects, including designing a series of peer learning workshops across the country, developing and teaching several multi-day courses for community development professionals to learn about creative community development, facilitating member meetings, and more.
Cultural Equity Learning Community
Curriculum Design and Facilitation
The Cultural Equity Learning Community is an online learning community open to arts and culture leaders committed to building racial equity in the sector. We devised and facilitated curriculum and complimentary supports for reducing harm, increasing skills, building co-conspiratorship, and building equitable organizations within the arts and culture sector.
Work with Deidra on One-on-One Coaching
Deidra is an Institute for Coaching Excellence-certified Life, Leadership, and Executive coach focused on clarity, accountability, empowerment, and self-actualization. They offer tools like grounding exercises, visualizations, and other creative practices that help my clients move towards clarity of purpose and process in pursuit of their goals. Deidra has coached past clients through career shifts and job transitions, personal community building, boundary setting, time management, work-life balance, and more.
