Research & Evaluation
Congruence supports clients to understand their context, reflect on and improve their work, and share their learning for the benefit of their constituents, networks, and fields.
The equity lens present in our partnership extends to our projects. We critique and eschew harmful practices that systematically privilege dominant identities in evaluation and research. Instead, we experiment, iterate, and collaborate in pursuit of equitable ways to build knowledge that will have deep and specific benefits. Clients have shared appreciation for our embodied approach to reflection and the professional development we offer artists and staff in the through and alongside our research processes.
